About Aydin

Dr. Aydin Berenjian holds a BE, ME and PhD in Biochemical Engineering as well as a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management in Education. Dr. Berenjian's major research focus is collaborating with industry to drive innovation of production processes for high value bio-products. He serves as the Editor of Biocatalysis and Agricultural Biotechnology (Elsevier) and Molecular Biotechnology (Springer-Nature). To date, Dr. Berenjian has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles, holds three international patents, and has received several prestigious national and international awards for research and teaching excellence.
