About David
I received BSc(Hons) (1989) and PhD (1994) degrees in Computer Science from Lancaster University, UK. My PhD focused on Intelligent Learning Environments; after my PhD I was a post-doctoral researcher on digital libraries within the Computing Department at Lancaster.
In 2000/1 I was a visiting lecturer here at Waikato. In 2001/2002 I was a Visiting Lecturer in Digital Libraries at the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.
