Professor Clive Gilson

Clive is co-author of the international best-seller Peak Performance, and together with co-authors Mike Pratt and Kevin Roberts, he consults at the level of CEO and top management team with some of the world’s icon organisations. These include Procter & Gamble, Saatchi & Saatchi, Silicon Graphics and the Toyota Motor Corporation. Clive heads the IBR’s Leadership Research Group, and his research interests include comparative industrial relations systems, HRM practices in deregulated labour markets, and the organisational practices that enable organisations to maintain sustained peak performance.
