Literature review: Transition from early childhood education to school
The purpose of this study was to provide the Ministry of Education with a comprehensive review of what is known about transitions from early childhood education to inform and guide parents/whānau, early childhood education services, schools and Ministry staff on how to assist children and their families to ensure transitions to the school environment are as successful as possible.
