Gina's dream is to travel overseas and work in cities such as Melbourne or London, where there is strong demand for e-commerce graduates.

Student Gina Millar feels confident that once she finishes her Master of Digital Business, it will give her "a huge advantage in the job market, because I'll be more qualified than most other people applying for the same positions".

"I'd like to get involved in project management and consulting. So while I'm studying I'm also looking into several internationally recognised project management accreditation courses, such as PRINCE2."

After finishing her bachelor's degree last year, Gina was looking for a specialist master's degree that would equip her with the rigorous research skills needed to prepare for doctoral study later in her career.

The research stream of the MDigiBus ticked all the right boxes, and she's looking forward to the challenge of investigating a topic of her own choice. "I'm really interested in the online gaming industry, there's a lot of potential for innovation around smart technologies."

Gina is also enjoying her part-time job as a university tutor of three undergraduate Digital Business papers; MSYS121, MSYS111 and MSYS221.

"Honestly, it's the best thing; I get so much out of it; it's not really a job!" she says. "I find it really inspiring sharing what I know with younger students and making it relevant to them. It forces me to keep learning about e-commerce as well, because you get asked lots of questions and have to know what you're talking about."
