Integrated Strategic Planning Framework

The University's planning framework is represented by a 'planning pyramid'.

The University Strategy flows from the University's Charter and Vision and informs integrated planning across the University.

The Strategy is underpinned by the Academic Plan and a range of other plans within the planning framework.  This means that activities at all levels of University are focussed on the same goals and priorities, and investment decisions are well-informed and transparent.

Robust processes apply for performance monitoring and reporting against agreed actions and KPIs.

By delivering excellence and distinctiveness in our teaching and research, we will generate increased revenue that can then be re-invested in even more ambitious strategies for our future.
