Smart People, Bold Ideas, Unlimited Ambition
Alumni, friends and staff of the
University can support
scholarships in the
Faculty or School
of their choice. Scholarship funding is vital for the University in its
committment to delivering a world-class standard of education. We need
to attract the brightest students for our programmes to enable research
excellence and to strengthen the expertise flow into the New Zealand
economy.
A gift to the University of Waikato has maximum impact because it is
channelled
through our charitable foundation. New Zealand taxpayers are
also entitled to a generous tax rebate of 33.33% on charitable
donations, including gifts to the University of Waikato
Foundation. Overseas donors
may also be able to claim tax in their region.
