School welcomes Fulbright US Senior Scholar

Howard Schiffman Fulbright US Senior Scholar
In A semester the School of Law welcomes Dr Howard S Schiffman, the 2010 Fulbright US Senior Scholar to New Zealand.
The US Senior Scholar Awards are for academics, artists or professionals with distinction to pursue research or gain practical experience over three to five months each year in New Zealand.
Dr Schiffman, JD, LLM, PhD is on the faculty of the NYU Environmental Conservation Education graduate programme, and during his time at the University of Waikato, he will be conducting research both in New Zealand and the wider South Pacific on the development of the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation.
