Public Seminar: "The 'Just Do It' Approach to Using Parliamentary History Materials in Statutory Interpretation"

Catherine teaches statutory interpretation at first-year and graduate levels. She has also taught statutory interpretation as a Visiting Professor at the University of Ottawa. She recently received a NZ Law Foundation research grant for work on statutory interpretation in New Zealand courts. This seminar discusses the results of this research.
