Ordering Judgments
Although courts can supply decisions directly, it is quicker and cheaper to obtain unreported decisions directly from Brookers Judgment Service, see below.
You will need to provide as many details as possible:
- a clear citation with at least the name of the case, the court, and the date the judgment was given
- if possible also supply the file number and name of the judge or judges, eg: R v Calder, HC Christchurch, T 154-94, 12 April 1995, Tipping J
