My success is not mine alone: it was not individual success but the success of a collective
Working with schools to identify their current practice and beliefs is my role as a facilitator, providing a range of possible approaches for growth. Using support and mentorship to work towards achieving school goals is important to me, while also offering a more coherent, future-focused curriculum.
Creating environments that allow for different perspectives to emerge and be examined is something I value, in this role I facilitate curiosity, synthesis, and connections.
With a breadth of teaching experience from a wide range of educational environments - from Y1 to tertiary and a traditional residential school for the deaf to the first 21st Century focused school in NZ - I have also been involved in two large research projects. The past four years have seen me work as a facilitator.
