Enrolment
The Enrolment and Student Information Office processes applications for students wanting to study at the University of Waikato. The Office is also responsible for generating invoices and issuing Student ID cards once fees have been paid.

To enrol you need an Application To Enrol form (ATE). Contact the University directly by phone: +64 7 838 4176 or 0800 WAIKATO to request an enrolment pack to be sent to you by post. Alternatively you can email your request, or apply to enrol online.
If you are applying for a Teaching qualification you will also need the Teaching Supplementary Form.
If you are applying for Discretionary Entrance you will need to fill out the application form.
If you are not a New Zealand Citizen, Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of New
Zealand or Australia, you will apply to enrol using the process for international students. You can find more information on the Waikato International website.
Make sure you check the Important dates and deadlines for the current Enrolment period.
Complete your ATE and return it to the University as soon as possible so that you have a better opportunity of gaining a place in your choice of programme of study.
