The Lady Goodfellow Chapel (opposite the Rec Centre) overlooks one of the University's beautiful lakes. It is in a tranquil setting and is a place where you can come aside for a while for quiet contemplation. In addition to weddings, funerals and baptisms, many other activities take place in the Chapel. The Chapel is used by Christian groups on campus, for services, teaching and social activities, and for a variety of other occasions. To book the chapel please email chaplain@waikato.ac.nz

The Lady Goodfellow Chapel is a place you can visit for quiet time out and for spiritual support. The Ecumenical Chaplain, the Rev Sue Burns is available to staff and students of any faith. Father Andrew Paris is the Roman Catholic chaplain who is on campus on behalf of the Waikato Diocese several days a week. Mass is held on Sunday at 5pm, Monday and Wednesday at 12 noon and there is regular Bible Study and other talks conducted during the week.
