Why New Zealand?

Innovation - it's in our DNA

Maybe it’s because we live on an island, or maybe it's our culture of free thought, but innovation is undoubtedly ingrained into the New Zealand way of life. Thinking outside of the square is encouraged. A number of New Zealand businesses have made waves around the globe through their innovative thinking. Weta Worshops, Xero and Medicine Mondiale.

Safety first

A safe environment and living peacefully is an essential part of the kiwi way of life. In the 2016 Global Peace Index survey, New Zealand ranked 4th in the world. Our independent justice system is highly regarded worldwide and in 2015, the World Justice Project ranked us 6th out of 102 for the quality of our legal system.

In-country travel

A big perk of New Zealand life is exploring our natural playground. Our country packs a lot into a small space making it possible to travel from towering mountains to cities to beaches within a couple of hours. Popular tourist destinations close to campus include the golden sand beaches of Mount Maunganui, the culture explosion that is Rotorua, Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, and the wild surf beaches of Raglan.

We're a happy bunch
