Graduate Certificates

Graduate certificates are for graduates who wish to build on an earlier degree, and who have appropriate practical, professional or scholarly experience. Waikato University offers graduate certificates in the subjects below.

Students need to gain 60 points at 100 level (first year papers) or above, including at least 40 points at 300 level (third year papers) or above, in the graduate certificate subjects to complete their qualification. At least 40 points must be from one of the subjects in Schedule A below. Students can make up their remaining points from Schedules A and B.
