Research Interests:

Employee well-being, including stress at work. Current projects examine factors which contribute to job stress and bullying at work, along with individual coping strategies and organizational interventions.

Other research explores various work attitudes and their correlates, with a particular emphasis on organizational commitment, job involvement and satisfaction, and psychological "ownership" of the job and organization, as well as the relationship between work experiences and life outside of the job (for example, job-family enhancement and conflict).
