Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management (IR&HRM)

Photo

The Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IR&HRM) programme is designed to prepare students for careers in the broad, ever-changing field of employment relations, human resource management, workplace change, and education and training. The programme also prepares students well for graduate studies. This is achieved by bringing together relevant papers from Education Studies, Labour Studies, Psychology, and Human Resource Management. A major advantage of the BSocSc programme in IR&HRM is that it can be completed in three years.
