Societies and Cultures - International Students

As part of the Faculty's initiatives to support and assist our International Students, we have appointed Tutoring Assistants for International Students. These Tutoring Assistants will provide students for whom English is a second language (including international students and permanent residents) with:

• broad guidance and advice on understanding an assignment and ensuring that the requirements are adequately addressed; and
• help in learning to improve their written expression, especially grammar and spelling, in terms of academic writing.

The Faculty International Website contains the hours and contact details of the tutoring assistants. 

Note: The Tutoring Assistants do not provide a proof-reading service.
