Phnom Penh

I was met at the airport by my field officer who manages all the volunteers in SE Asia but is based in Phnom Penh.  Noisy, smelly, dirty, colourful, vibrant are just some of the words that spring to mind when trying to describe the is very busy with people, cars and motobikes everywhere.

The people are very friendly however and the food delicious - Vietnamese pho (beef noddle soup) for breakfast, sweet iced coffee, satay chicken, rice and pork (breakfast), spring rolls, noodles, rice and rice!

Work starts in the next few days, kicked of by a dinner tonight with the director of Rainwater Cambodia!

Video coming!
