Students will find a relaxed and supportive study environment at the University of Waikato. With our modern facilities and many sporting and cultural clubs on campus, the university is a welcoming environment for all students.

Our Hamilton campus is one of the largest in the country, with first-class facilities which help students work and play in a relaxed atmosphere. We also offer academic programmes in the Bay of Plenty, where students can study at the University of Waikato in Tauranga.

Students are supported through a range of services and excellent pastoral care and our size means our students are names, not numbers. From student academic support to on-site health services, counselling and budgeting help, our commitment is to support you through university.
