My strengths are:

  • facilitating PB4L restorative practice professional learning opportunities with students, staff, leaders, and communities of schools that promote relational practices and ultimately engage learners in learning
  • ensuring NZC is central to all professional learning and development and models effective pedagogy and teaching as inquiry
  • providing school teachers and principals with the support, knowledge and dispositions to reflect upon and engage in strength-based leadership practices related to the leadership of local curriculum
  • leading conversations underpinned by coaching and mentoring frameworks that promote transformational change and growth of students, teachers and leaders
  • designing and facilitating workshops, courses and symposia across a range of contexts
