Employer visits and presentations on campus
The Career & Employability team invites you to the Hamilton or Tauranga campuses to engage with our current students. Deliver information on internships, graduate roles, or general employer information.
A range of teaching room sizes and IT facilities are available. You can request a venue with the facilities you need, at the time that best suits you and your target audience. There is no charge to book a teaching room on campus.

Student volunteers
Could your organisation benefit from student volunteers?
The University of Waikato’s Employability Plus Award (EPA) connects students with volunteer opportunities on campus and in the community. Through these roles, students build valuable employability and interpersonal skills alongside their studies.
Organisations can engage with students at our annual Volunteer Expo, or by sharing roles through our partnership with Volunteering Waikato.
If you have opportunities that could suit our students, we’d love to hear from you. Send us an email employabilityplus@waikato.ac.nz.
