Join our on-campus wellbeing activations to rest, recharge, and connect with like-minded peers. Take a moment to prioritise yourself and discover something new!

Mindful Monday

Time: 12pm-2pm

Location: Student Hub

Weekly drop-in sessions for students to engage with different wellbeing-related activities (e.g., puzzles, mindful colouring, origami). Whether you have 5 minutes or an hour, stop by and chat with our Student Wellbeing Ambassadors running the activation!

 

Coffee & Community

Time: 11am-1pm

Location: Ground Floor Kitchen

Weekly drop-in sessions for students to have a free cup of tea or coffee and interact with other students in a low-pressure environment built for creating a sense of community!

 

WellFit Programme

WellFit is a holistic programme designed to support students experiencing mild-moderate health challenges by using physical activity, life coaching, and social connect (Te Whare Tapa Whā) to break down barriers and improve overall Hauora (wellbeing).

Express interest via the self-referral form (TGA WellFit Self-Referral Form – Fill out form) or discuss the programme with Grace (Student Wellbeing Manager).

Passionate about student wellbeing?

Volunteer as a Student Wellbeing Ambassador and help us shape welcoming and student-focused wellbeing activations on campus. If you are interested, please complete the online Moodle Training called “Student Wellbeing Ambassador Training Module 2026”.
