The development of knowledge and skills to lead and manage innovation in health is critical as practitioners strive to improve health outcomes for all people in Aotearoa New Zealand. This paper will provide opportunity to develop and apply self-leadership skills for innovation; develop knowledge and skills to lead and manage innovation in teams and organisations and to critically apply design thinking in health practice.
