About
Provides financial support to well-rounded accounting students beginning a degree programme offered by the Waikato Management School.
Eligibility
For domestic school leavers who are intending to enrol full-time (120-points) in the first year of an undergraduate degree in the Waikato Management School in 2026. Applicants must be enrolling in at least one accounting paper in the year of tenure. Up to five awards of $1,000 will be offered.

To apply for the Brian Smith Memorial Entrance Scholarship click on 'Next Steps' below where you will be taken to your MyWaikato portal. You will then need to select the 'Bartlett and Buckley / Brian Smith Memorial Entrance Scholarship' to submit an application. In completing this online application you will also be considered for the Bartlett and Buckley Scholarship.
