Students need to have completed all of ENGCM571, ENGCM573, ENGCM574 and ENGCM575.

This capstone paper allows students to apply integrated knowledge from across the Construction Management programme. Working in teams, students will lead simulated construction projects, applying planning, commercial, design, QA, contract, and leadership skills to solve real-world challenges and demonstrate professional practice readiness.
