This paper offers participants the opportunity to apply for recognition of prior learning gained through active participation in the national Aspiring Principals’ Programme. Through the presentation of a professional portfolio, students will demonstrate rigorous engagement with programme activities, including theory-practice integration, inquiry-based improvement, evidence-informed decision-making, critical analysis of leadership practice, professional judgement and reflexivity.
