The new name, University of Waikato College - Te Kura Huanui, signals the College is an integral part of the University, providing opportunities for both international and domestic students to progress to a wide range of degree programmes, and for the University to grow student numbers.
The contract to operate the College at the University of Waikato’s Hamilton campus is held by Study Group, a leading provider of international education with a global network of study centres.
Study Group Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Alex Chevrolle welcomes the name change as part of the strong collaborative partnership between Study Group and the University.
