Introduction to Activities and Resources

Activities and resources provide interactivity and content to a paper and can be added to a paper to enhance learning and the opportunity to provide a collaborative and supportive online environment.

  1. First, select the Turn editing on button on the top-right corner of your paper's homepage.
  2. Select Add an activity or resource within the topic/week it is to be placed.

  3. Activities are items the student can interact with, such as a quiz or forum. Further down, Resources are items you can add to support student learning, such as a file or URL. When you select an item a description is displayed along with ideas of how it can be used.

  4. Double clicking the item, or choosing an item then selecting Add, will take you to a context specific settings form to complete the setup of the activity or resource. Fill in the information in the form for the specific assessment or resource and then select Save and return to paper or Save and display.
