Crank-it Series Round 1

The first round of the new Crank-it Series which I have been involved in creating and organizing was held at Tauranga BMX Club on October 4th. This was the first race of the season for me and was just a minor, regional/national race. There were 24 males in the 15+ superlcass division, meaning this was the first semi-final I have raced in New Zealand for roughly three years.

At the end of the day, I placed 4th. Not what I would consider a good performance but a solid foundation to build from for further races.

Georgie Edgecombe:

NZU21 Squad selection

Recently selected in the New Zealand U21 Netball squad in the build up for the Netball youth world cup which will happen in December 2021 in Fiji. The squad includes 21 players from around New Zealand. The squad will meet up at various times throughout the next year to train in camps and compete in series against the Silver Ferns and Silver Ferns Development squads.
