Garrick du Toit : Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons))

Garrick du Toit

Former St Paul’s Collegiate School student Garrick du Toit has been playing hockey since 2008, currently playing midfield and defence. Garrick says he is driven by the challenge to play better every game and the competitiveness and fast-paced nature of the game keeps him interested. He has played in a range of national tournaments and played in the Junior Black Sticks Gold Coast tour 2 years ago year. Garrick’s biggest achievements to date include being selected as part of the Junior Black Sticks team for the last two years, and winning the Rankin Cup Secondary Schools Tournament. Garrick is currently studying in his second year of Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. He hopes to one day play for the Men’s Black Sticks team and own his own engineering company.
