To bring our research support services even closer to you, I now have a room in FG.1.09. Feel free to drop by on Mondays (11am-12pm), Wednesdays (2pm-3pm) and Fridays (11am-12pm). If these times do not suit you, please contact me here for an appointment. Don't hesitate to get in touch - it's my job to help and if I'm not the suitable person, I can try and find someone who can help.

  • Keep up with what is being published in your subject area
  • Ensure your thesis is appropriately formatted
  • Understand your copyright obligations and seek permissions
  • Understand and apply referencing styles

  • Understand your research impact using traditional citation metrics and altmetric tools
  • Identify appropriate journals to publish in within your subject area

Please contact me to arrange a suitable meeting time with you. Consultations can be conducted face to face, via video conferencing (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts) or over the phone.
