Waikato Faculty Survey
2 May 2018
What it's about:
The survey explores faculty staff's engagement with the Library through research, teaching and publishing practices in an increasingly digital environment.
The Library, along with other New Zealand University libraries, is participating in implementing the Ithaka S+R Faculty Survey. The survey comprises five core modules: Discovery and access; Scholarly communications, Research practices, including data curation; Student research skills; and the Role of the Library and is designed to track faculty research, teaching and publishing practices against the backdrop of increasing digital resources.
The survey will help shape the future of our own Library services as well as allowing benchmarking against other New Zealand and some international universities. Faculty input into this survey would be appreciated greatly so that we may better understand how you engage with the Library and work in an increasingly digital environment.
Faculty academic staff have been emailed a link to the survey which will remain open until the 9th of June. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
