Find Library staff to help you with finding resources, using Library Search, referencing, how to issue and return books, placing requests and much more.

If you are on Level 3 and find you need help, there is a chat help station near the stairs entrance to the floor. Send us a message and we can help answer your query, give you directions or send a staff member to help in person. Available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Our website is full of information to help you, including links to your Library account and key tasks (including how to book a tutorial or a group room for study), guides, contact information , referencing help, subject portals and much more.
We have a Library paper in Moodle called the Virtual Reference Desk (or VeRD for short). Find help on APA referencing and finding information. There are links to video and print guides, PowerPoint presentations and quizzes, and an “Ask for help” forum.
