Australian soprano Emma Pearson performs repertoire from Mozart to Henze. Lunchtime Recital Series - Wednesdays in Trimester B from 1-2pm
Wiesbaden in Germany is a capital city where many antipodean and American singers first find their footing in Germany, with many thanks primarily to the MTO German Australian Opera Grant in Melbourne and the generosity of the intendants at the State Theater of Wiesbaden.
In this programme, Australian soprano Emma Pearson performs some of the roles and concert repertoire which contributed to her initial scholarship in Wiesbaden being extended for nine years, with great works from Mozart to Henze, adding some new repertoire building on her lessons from the past.
