Your hauora matters! Drawing on Oro (sound), korikori tinana (physical movement) and hā (breath), Komako Silver and Marlana Maru will facilitate an interactive hauora (health & wellness) workshop in the heart of Te Pā.
Immerse yourself in traditional massage techniques enriched with the power of Māori wairua, designed to restore and re-balance both your body and spirit. Enjoy a free, 20-minute session exclusively for students - your journey to inner harmony starts here.

Join the fun with Student Health – visit each interactive station, collect breakfast goodies as you go, and enjoy a hot breakfast at the end! First in, first served, so get in early. Have fun, grab free stuff, and chat with the team about how to stay well and thrive at uni.

Take a breather before B Trimester kicks off! Come play Giant Jenga, test your aim with Health Pong (Think Beer Pong but With Trivia), grab a free sausage, and have a real kōrero about hauora & Diversity!
Explore resources from the Wellbeing Hub, chat with the team from Just a Thought and Here to Help U, and connect with the Student Health Service Health Promotion Coordinator for tips on staying well. Plus, the WSU will be firing up the BBQ – come for the kai, stay for the good vibes and support!
