The Waikato Public Law and Policy Research Unit is proud to host a talk by Judge Donald McRae.

In this talk, Judge McRae will consider the role played by judges ad hoc in the work of the International Court of Justice. His Honour will also look at how the Court is functioning in the current international political climate.

Judge McRae is a former Judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice and is a Judge in Residence at Te Piringa-Faculty of Law for July 2025.
