My Experience

An experienced educator with leadership experience and facilitation expertise, I specialise in gifted and talented education and curriculum design/development at primary and secondary levels. Analysing student achievement data and identifying specific objectives for improving teaching and learning is supported by my in-depth knowledge of the teaching as inquiry process.

Recognising and nurturing leadership potential in others allows me to ensure that people are supported to become successful in these roles. Being well informed about current issues in education, I have a well developed cultural competency and an in-depth knowledge of the change management process.
