I am a life-long learner. My educative focus of working with others to landscape the learning in the context is powerful. Through this I have developed many networks focussed on improvement in schools. I believe reflective teachers and principals are thought leaders. Utilising their strengths and ideas to generate new knowledge and ways forward is my way of working. This process fosters design thinking and enables people to lead transformative change in their schools with high levels of efficacy and agency. I have worked in this field for 25 years, have completed qualifications to support my learning and I have developed skill and expertise that enables me to facilitate powerful learning and enterprise.
