E tū kahikatea, hei whakapae ururoa, awhi mai awhi atu, tātou tātou e.
Stand like the kahikatea (tree), to brave the storms, embrace and receive, we are one together.
Trained in primary teaching, with over 20 years’ experience across the sector, I bring a strong background and interest for leadership, literacy and blended e learning.
Working collaboratively to build and develop capacity and pedagogical reflection within and across schools is my strength, streamlining learner pipelines, agency and ultimately maximising student outcomes. This is achieved through deliberately differentiated and strategic approaches to supporting schools with engaging in quality self-review, identifying appropriate Professional Learning and Development responses, monitoring and tracking progress, and maintaining an unrelenting focus on student achievement – with a particular focus on meeting the needs of priority learners.
