My Experience

As an educator who enjoys working with people to empower and encourage, I have a good sense of humour and get on well with people, making you feel at ease. Communication at a level that will be readily understood is important to me, and I am open to invite discussion. Goal setting, both personally and in employment, and working hard to achieve these goals, is a strong tool that I encourage – planning carefully and regularly evaluating progress is an effective practice, taking into consideration both strengths and weaknesses when planning future actions.

Being a lateral thinker, with a natural curiosity, I enjoy looking for solutions to issues and questions. Always keen to learn more, I support life-long learning and have, myself, taken and enjoyed university papers throughout my teaching career.
