My Experience

Students who are expected to succeed are more likely to succeed.

Quality education doesn’t just happen, it is the result of teachers and leaders who are motivated and passionate about the faces in front of them; passionate enough to create change so each child is capable of achieving to their potential. As a leader, teacher and facilitator, it is my job to develop and foster this amongst colleagues.

I am passionate about all students achieving and am motivated to support kaiako to feel empowered to strengthen their content knowledge, pedagogy and curriculum delivery.
