With strengths in developing and building collaborative learning cultures with positive learning-focused relationships we will work towards a common goal both within and across schools. I am a motivated and passionate educator with significant leadership and teaching experience in a number of different contexts and capacities, and have a deep knowledge and understanding of quality leadership and tranformational change. I deliver an unrelenting focus on student achievement and meeting the needs of priority learning is delivered through deliberately differentiated and strategic approaches.
I am currently a facilitator in Leadership and Assessment and Teacher of Innovative Practices and Leadership Coach at a primary school in Taupō. I am also involved in The School in the Cloud as a volunteer ‘Granny’ supporting the learning of underprivileged children globally.
