Hamilton Summer Accommodation

We offer students the option of both catered and self-catered accommodation over the summer months (November - February).


How to Apply

Apply by filling out the summer accommodation form.

Application Process

Once you have submitted an application, the Accommodation Office will process the application and be in contact with each student.  Students will be sent a Contract/Payment Agreement that details the booking, the contract details, payment dates and amounts etc

To confirm an accommodation booking students are required to sign the Contract/Payment Agreement, scan/copy and return to the Accommodation Office AND log onto the accommodation portal and make the 1st instalment / full payment as outlined in the Contract/Payment Agreement.

Please note:  Accommodation is not confirmed until we receive this signed contract along with the 1st instalment / full payment. 

Summer accommodation must be paid in full or instalments ever two week in advance.  Payments dates and amounts will be outlined in the Contract/Payment Agreement you are sent.
