Located conveniently on the doorstep of the Tauranga CBD campus in Durham Street, Durham Mews is the current student accommodation for Tauranga Students. The complex consists of six apartments, with three bedrooms and shared facilities.
Durham Mews is self-catered and available to all students.
Residents will need to bring their own linen or can purchase a linen pack for $135.

|Weekly cost||$225 per person||This fee is inclusive of water, internet, a reasonable amount of power and weekly cleaning of communal areas.|
|Deposit||$400||To secure your place in the Halls you will need to accept your offer online and pay the deposit.|
|Administration fee||$150||The administration fee is required with the application.|
|Activity fee||$50||Will need to be paid prior to moving in.|
|First 5 weeks costs||$1125||The first five weeks of accommodation costs are due when accommodation is confirmed|
|Linen pack (optional)||$135||includes a duvet inner, pillow, sheet set with a pillowcase, duvet cover set, a bath mat and two towels.|
All accommodation applications are made online. You can apply for accommodation even if you don't know whether you have gained admission to the university.

To keep everyone safe while living on campus, we have rules and regulations.
If you are successful and offered a place, you will need to accept your offer and pay your deposit/admin fee online by the due date indicated on your offer letter. If you don’t, the offer expires and your place will be offered to another student. When accepting your contract to reside on campus, you are agreeing to the rule and regulations and the fees and costs set out above.
