Ready for your next challenge? This programme is delivered by Campus B and will introduce students to the indigenous communities in Brazil, their customs, culture and also their current situation given the political scenario in the country and pandemic.
As a joint initiative between the University of Auckland, University of Waikato, and Victoria University of Wellington, a cohort of students from across New Zealand will have the opportunity to share this experience and work with Brazilian students and interact with local indigenous peoples. The University of Waikato is proud to offer three full-funded places for this programme.
By engaging directly with an organisation and trying to build an initiative to solve a real problem, you will be given the chance to have a real impact on the conservation of indigenous culture in Brazil. This programme will have a focus on Brazilian Social and Public Health environment challenges that are currently being faced during the Covid-19 outbreak.
