Synchronise your calendar with Zoom

If you would like to fully sync your calendar with Zoom, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the university Zoom account and go to your Zoom Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.
  3. Select Office 365, then select Next.
  4. Tick the Calendar and Contacts Read and Write permissions, then select Authorize.
  5. Once you authorize, you'll be redirected to your profile page, and the syncing should be completed. Scroll down to check if Zoom is connected to your Microsoft account.
