What does a healthy relationship look like? Discussion on the key dynamics of relationships. Includes respect, safety, independence and communication, as well as tools and skills to maintain a healthy relationship.

Living with significant change

A 1-hour therapeutic workshop for those dealing with significant change, grief and loss.

Cultural Literacy for Religion

Ongoing small group study covering the major religions of the world. Format will be a 30 minute video followed by 30 minutes of discussion.
