Why New Zealand?

Innovation - it's in our DNA

Maybe it’s because we live on an island, or maybe it's our culture of free thought, but innovation is undoubtedly ingrained in the New Zealand way of life.

Safety first

In the 2018 Global Peace Index survey, New Zealand was ranked the 2nd most peaceful country in the world. Our independent justice system is highly regarded worldwide and in 2017-2018, the World Justice Project ranked us 7th in the Global rankings for the quality of our legal system.

We're a happy bunch

The Legatum Prosperity Index ranks New Zealand 2nd out of 149 countries. The index looks at a range of variables such as economic quality, business environment, governance, education, health, safety and security, personal freedom, social capital and natural environment.

Like most of New Zealand, Hamilton - Waikato boasts a mild climate with warm summers and winters sometimes described as chilly, but rarely freezing. In summer (December to February) average temperatures range from 21 – 26°C, and in the winter months (June to August) from 5 – 14°C.
