This paper is designed to enable students to investigate the period of Post-Modernism in design, including the development and impact of digital technologies and new media, from 1980 to the present day. The design history of Aotearoa/New Zealand will be taught as a special topic, exemplifying the pluralism and nationalism of the post-modern period.
